📌 Update (March 2025): Data collection complete! 🫡 Off to code the data.

A new project in collaboration with Aliki Papa from the Department of Psychosocial Science, University of Bergen, Norway. We are planning to begin data collection in March 2025.

This research explores how people teach and learn across cultures by studying the transmission of mushroom knowledge. Participants will first learn about mushrooms and then either share what they’ve learned with another person or recall the information on their own. By analyzing these interactions, the study aims to uncover the mechanisms behind cultural knowledge transmission and how information changes over time.
